Amidyne’s mandate is to maximize EVA for its shareholders while building a solid and reliable foundation for the company’s stakeholders. Amidyne is achieving these goals through organic growth of its operating companies, strategic acquisitions in its core market groups and an aggressive focus on quality.

The Amidyne Group consists of two operating units, Lisle-Metrix (a division of AquaMetrix Inc.) and Versatile Measuring Instruments Inc. (VMI). Both companies share the same facility and management team.

Amidyne operates out of a newly renovated 23,500 square foot facility 30 minutes north of Toronto that includes a training center, a quality assurance department, engineering / design department, customer service department, operations, manufacturing, machine shop, and qualification lab.
