The model 9284 analog indicating alarm meter is the latest generation in indicating alarm meters from Versatile Measuring Instruments. Model 9284 is a direct replacement for Sigma / Versatile models: 9263X, 9223, & 9283. The 9284 uses all solid-state electronic components with no embedded firmware. With modern electronic components, model 9284 provides superior accuracy, drift, and electromagnetic interference immunity over the legacy designs of the 9263X, 9223, & 9283. The model 9284 utilizes a proven meter movement design, consisting of a pivot and jewel moving coil element. The meter is housed in the same enclosure design as the legacy meters it was designed to replace, eliminating mechanical retrofit issues.
